Guest Post ? Darren Wayne, Ph.D., The Nutrition FADYour Health ...

pillsDoes your quest for the highest milligrams make you sicker?

YES! Let me explain. Do you know what is the most common feature consumers look for when buying a vitamin, mineral or supplement? How many milligrams! Why? Because the masses believe the more milligrams there are the healthier it must be! But, where does this need to know how many milligrams there are in something, come from? It actually stems from the synthetic pill industry. After many decades of constant pill marketing to millions of impressionable children, almost every adult today has been affected and so has every facet of our society; the result has been the masses asking, ?How many milligrams does this vitamin or mineral have?? I know what you are thinking, ?but don?t more milligrams mean more nutrition??

Absolutely not!

The quest for more milligrams causes countless to suffer from malnutrition and preventable disease.

No wonder there are so many taking thousands of pills each year ? because they are still waiting for all that synthetic nutrition to work, but the problem is, your body can never use nutrition in pill form, only food form. It?s just as impossible for you to fix your computer with organic food, as it is impossible to fix your body with synthetic pills. Synthetic and organic do not mix, do not support each other and can never fix each other, only in the movies. There is no way of escaping this truth, you are not different, you are not the exception to the rule, you are the same as every other organic organism on the planet, so embrace this truth and let it finally heal your body and

expel the years of toxic buildup that has been damaging your organs. Everything nature makes is already in the exact form your body is supposed to use it and of course has the exact amount of nutrition your body needs to grow healthier. This need to want more milligrams has not only fueled the 100 billion dollar vitamin industry, but has caused billions of men, women and children on this planet to suffer from more disease than ever in the history of our planet. If you want more nutrition, then eat more nutrition ? simple!

What do all sick people have in common?

They seek the highest milligrams and swallow pills.

fruitWhat do truly healthy people have in common?

Truly healthy people do not seek the highest milligrams; they instead seek the highest quality food to eat. Truly healthy people do not buy vitamins, minerals or supplements; they only eat the highest quality food, and eat it every day, at every meal and snack, too. You also don?t find truly healthy people exercising every day or even every other day, because healthy people know exercise doesn?t stop cancer, heart disease or diabetes, for if it did, people who exercise often wouldn?t have cancer, heart disease or diabetes, right? Truly healthy people know food is far more important than exercise, so instead focus more on the food and view exercise as a moderate activity, not some sweat-till-you-drop-routine you must stick to if you want to be healthy. Personally, I have met more sick thin people, then sick obese people. I?m not saying don?t exercise, I?m saying if you have to exercise more than just moderately just to force your muscles to grow and change, then you are eating poorly. When you eat the highest quality food, you could exercise once a week and look like you hit the gym every day, because your body can actually transform with food faster, than eating less quality food and exercising more. Again, truly healthy people already know this. So, where can you find the healthiest food in the country? Only one place!
